Brief description of the project procedure:

• The project manager imports the Indesign file into Trados Studio
• The translator translates the Indesign file in Trados Studio
• Review of the translation by the proofreader
• The project manager converts the file back to Indesign and delivers it to the customer
• Customer provides a PDF of the translation for the translator to review the translation to match the final layout

The entire project is monitored by the project manager who is the contact person for other employees and the customer.
