Brief description of the project procedure

• The project manager imports the Framemaker MIF files into Trados Studio.
• The translator translates the Framemaker MIF files in Trados Studio
• The proofreader reviews the translations
• Then all files are checked with a QA tool to find formal and content errors
• Reconversion of the files as Framemaker MIF files and delivery to the customer
• Customer provides a PDF of the translation for the translator to review the translation to match the final layout

The entire project is monitored by the project manager who is the contact person for other employees and the customer.
