Brief description of the project procedure:

• The project manager imports the Indesign files into Trados Studio
• The translator translates the Indesign files in Trados Studio
• The proofreader reviews the translations
• Back-conversion of the files as Indesign files and delivery to the customer by the project manager
• Customer provides a PDF of the translation for the translator to review the translation to match the final layout

The entire project is monitored by the project manager who is the contact person for other employees and the customer.
